Gene expression profiles across the development of male. Fuzzy c-means algorithm was implemented to cluster gene expression patterns in all developmental stages of male through Mfuzz software. The 11 936 genes expressed in male cotton aphid were divided into 9 distinct clusters of temporal patterns representing different expression kinetics
